AHI IGNITE

AGE 10-14

Our intermediate programme for older players and those with an existing basketball foundation. Skill range is broadened and more basketball language and IQ is introduced. Players are prepped for starting representative level basketball. We progress with less ‘on-air’ to more decision training and using constraints in games.
