AHI IGNITE

AGE 10-14

Our intermediate programme for older players and those with an existing basketball foundation. Skill range is broadened and more basketball language and IQ is introduced. Players at this stage are prepped for starting representative level basketball. We progress with less ‘on-air’ drills to more basketball decision training and using constraints in games to keep it fun while ingraining required skills.

Our Ahi Ignite trainings are on Tuesdays at our Swanson venue - 5.45-7.15pm, and on Fridays at Hobsonville School 5.15-6.45pm
